Payment Terms and Agreement

FW requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation within the 20 days subsequent to the reservation.

If the customer wished to cancel after deposit, the 50% deposit is non-refundable but can be used for another trip dated within one year since deposit date.

The 50% balance due is required no later than 60 days prior the scheduled trip arrival.

Cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
