Booking terms, payment & cancellation policy
- Deposit & Final Payment
A deposit equal to 50% of the total trip cost is required within twenty (20) days of the reservation request to confirm and secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Failure to remit payment by the specified due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any amounts previously paid.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations More Than 60 Days Prior to Arrival
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future stay at any of our lodges, provided the replacement trip is taken within one (1) year of the original scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations Between 60 and 16 Days Prior to Arrival
Once the final payment has been received (60 days prior to arrival), all payments become non-refundable. However, an amount equal to 50% of the total trip value may be applied as a credit toward a future stay at any of our lodges, provided the replacement trip is taken within one (1) year of the original scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations Within 15 Days of Arrival & No-Shows
Cancellations made fifteen (15) days or less prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, rescheduling, or exceptions will be granted.
- Travel Credit Terms
Any eligible travel credit must be used within one (1) year of the original scheduled arrival date. Travel credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original guest(s) listed on the reservation.
Travel credits may be applied toward lodging and package rates only and may not be used for licenses, ammunition, gun rentals, airport transfers, gratuities, trophy fees, or any other ancillary services or additional charges.
- Weather, Wildlife & Hunting Conditions
Hunting and other outdoor activities are subject to weather, natural conditions, wildlife movement, migration patterns, agricultural activity, habitat conditions, and other factors beyond the control of Frontera Wingshooting.
While every effort is made to provide an exceptional hunting experience, Frontera Wingshooting cannot guarantee weather conditions, bird populations, wildlife abundance, harvest success, shooting opportunities, daily bird numbers, or trophy quality.
No refunds, credits, discounts, rescheduling, or compensation shall be granted due to unfavorable weather, changes in wildlife behavior, migration patterns, agricultural conditions, or any other natural circumstances beyond our control.
- Force Majeure
Frontera Wingshooting shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, or cancellation of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, floods, droughts, wildfires, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, any credit, rescheduling option, or refund shall be determined solely at the discretion of Frontera Wingshooting.
- Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, airline disruptions, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks.
Frontera Wingshooting shall not be responsible for expenses, losses, or inconvenience arising from travel interruptions, airline cancellations, weather-related delays, or other circumstances beyond its control.
